Agricultural Product Hydraulic System Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Hydraulic System Engineer to join our team in the development of hydraulic systems for agricultural products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hydraulic system design, sizing, and analysis, as well as experience with CREO/Teamcenter and Automation Studio.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, creating, and validating hydraulic circuit designs, working closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve quality and reliability issues. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for this role, as it involves close collaboration with a global team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hydraulic system circuit design, sizing, layout, and analysis
- Creation of hydraulic component specifications for supplier market tests
- Creation of validation plans, definition of hydraulic test methods, and analysis of test data to ensure robust and accurate performance of hydraulic system designs
- Working closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams on resolution of quality and reliability issues
- Definition and creation of hydraulic circuits and schematics
- Selection and sizing of components, circuit design, layout of hydraulic systems, project planning, cost evaluations, test planning, directing, and making accurate release of system documentation, bill of materials, and drawings
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering
- Relevant hydraulic design experience or similar preferred
- Experience with mobile equipment and agriculture industries
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
