Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Administrator to support and implement solutions for our team. As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end-users remotely within various cloud platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT administration, with experience managing users in Okta and G-Suite. You should also have the ability to quickly learn technologies and products using documentation and internet resources.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting end-users remotely within cloud platforms like Carbon Black, G-Suite, JAMF, Slack Enterprise, Workspace One, Zoom, among others
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues for end-users remotely
  • Promoting security measures and best practices
  • Supporting on IT projects
  • Acting as an escalation point of contact for internal end-user hardware and software issues
  • Other duties as needed

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluent English language skills
  • 3-5 years' experience in IT administration of Windows and OSX operating systems
  • Bachelor's degree or technical IT certification, computer science, or related field of study
  • Ability to quickly learn technologies and products using documentation and internet resources
  • Strongly independent with the capability to work remotely
  • Experience managing users in Okta and G-Suite
  • Experience with ticketing documentation
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and proactive skills

Nice to Have

  • Certifications for SaaS platforms such as AWS, G-Suite, Okta, Salesforce, etc...
  • Experience with UniFi devices and home office networks
