Business Development Manager

This role involves developing and implementing regional business development strategies that align with company goals. It requires conducting market analysis to identify and prioritize target industries, accounts, and solution opportunities within the region.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regional business development plan that aligns with company goals.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify and prioritize target industries, accounts, and solution opportunities within the region.
  • Achieve business targets based on the strategies developed during the planning process.
  • Lead regional sales efforts, including pipeline development, account targeting, and lead generation for technology solutions.
  • Create and execute sales campaigns tailored to the regional market, leveraging joint marketing resources and customer insights.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within the industry.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, or business development role in the technology industry.
  • Demonstrated experience with B2B technology sales, ideally within networking, data center, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and partnerships.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent are advantageous)
