
Latin America Regional Growth Leader

The ideal candidate will possess a strong vision for driving business growth and expansion in the Latin America region. They will be responsible for leading and developing a team of professionals to achieve ambitious regional targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive profitable growth, market share expansion, and innovation tailored to local customer needs.
- Commercial Leadership: Manage key customer relationships and monitor distributor networks in Latin America, leading sales, marketing, new business development, and technical support teams to maximize market penetration.
- Operational Excellence: Plan and execute corrective actions for identified issues and lead crisis management as needed, ensuring all activities comply with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Resource Management: Direct investments and resource mobilization efforts to support business growth, shaping and maintaining trusted relationships with partners, customers, suppliers, and external authorities.
- Leadership Development: Lead and develop a multifunctional team comprising account managers, technical service, and marketing personnel, designing and implementing people management strategies, including talent development, motivation, and retention.
Required Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- A minimum of 10 years in managerial roles, preferably within the chemical industry.
- A proven track record in business management, P&L responsibility, and leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and financial acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Experience:
- A background in coatings additives, chemical distribution, or related industries, with experience managing business growth initiatives and new market entries.
