Lead and Shape the Future of Our Business in Latin America
This is an exciting opportunity to lead one of our most dynamic and fast-growing regions, Latin America (LAC), with a focus on operations in Brazil, Mexico, and Spanish-speaking South America.
You will be accountable for the region's full performance - from profit and loss (P&L) and operational delivery to service excellence and client relationships - guiding a senior leadership team across multiple countries and cultures.
This is more than a leadership role. It's an opportunity to drive growth, strengthen client loyalty, and leave a lasting mark on our global success.
You will have the influence, resources, and platform to unite cross-functional teams, adapt global standards to local markets, and deliver results our members and clients value every day.
Key Responsibilities:- Elevate service delivery standards across diverse markets

- Manage the P&L to achieve both short-term wins and sustainable long-term growth
- Build leadership capability across the region to support future expansion
You are the kind of leader who:
- Brings senior leadership experience in multi-country operations within LAC, with full P&L accountability
- Knows how to lead in luxury, travel, hospitality, or concierge industries
- Combines financial acumen with operational problem-solving skills
- Speaks Portuguese and/or Spanish (essential) and English fluently
- Thrives in culturally diverse environments and adapts strategies to local contexts
