Role Summary

This position involves working as part of project teams that conduct actuarial valuations of employee benefits provisions for clients. You will develop skills in areas like accounting, designing retirement plans, and advising organizations on governance and best practices.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support all stages of actuarial consulting engagements from data validation to final deliverables.
  • Develop a strong understanding of international accounting standards and the broader retirement benefits landscape.
  • Contribute to special projects involving advanced data analytics and client interactions.
  • Assist senior team members in project planning, coordination, and timely delivery.

Main Areas of Focus
  • Clients: Support all stages of actuarial consulting engagements, develop a strong understanding of accounting standards, and contribute to special projects.
  • Excellence: Collaborate with colleagues to prepare accurate deliverables, build knowledge of retirement benefit plans, and develop familiarity with data and systems.

Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or an analytical subject.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and time effectively.
  • Analytical thinker with strong research skills.
  • A self-driven achiever who values teamwork, collaboration, decisiveness, and integrity.
