
Customer Experience Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with global customers, partners, and colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve known issues and report new errors to developers
- Utilize knowledge base articles, solved customer incidents, documentation, or verified customized entries to resolve issues
- Share knowledge by creating KBAs, wiki documents, discussing solutions with colleagues, participating in forums, and delivering technical trainings and workshops
- Achieve proficiency in all areas of SAP Commerce Cloud and specialize in at least one area
- Develop technical skills: reading code, debugging, unit testing, etc.
- Participate in critical incident de-escalation efforts and escalation management "war rooms"
Requirements:
- University degree (or close to graduation) in Computer Science, Engineering, or any Technology-related course
- Advanced English skills (oral and written)
- Relevant technical skills (debugging, tracing, etc.)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and work under pressure
- Good communication, prioritization, adaptability, and customer orientation skills
- Growth mindset, with openness to learn and positive attitude to work in team
