About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer support through live calls and CRM interactions, troubleshooting systems to provide efficient solutions within set timelines;
  • Demonstrate logical thinking to resolve a wide range of issues with varying complexity levels;
  • Show adaptability and change agility to handle daily tasks and more complex organizational changes;
  • Take ownership of situations and strive for continuous improvement by documenting solutions and collaborating internally to achieve product and process enhancement.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree completed or in progress, preferably in technology or business-related fields;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Flexibility to work during some holidays and weekends based on business needs.

 

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with IT-related areas, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and programming concepts (Web Applications, Webservices, HTML, HTTP, Java, JavaScript, JSON, Data Bases, SQL, XML, APIs);
  • Knowledge of Customer Service and Support for software or other Information Technology products.
