Financial operations management plays a pivotal role in an organization's success. As a Financial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily financial operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable to ensure efficient cash flow and minimize financial risks.
  • Liaise with accounting firms for bookkeeping, document preparation, SPED filings, and tax submissions (IRPJ, CSLL, PIS/COFINS, ISS) to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee crypto/stablecoin fund movements to optimize financial performance.

Beyond these key responsibilities, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial operations management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications, including Excel, QuickBooks, and other financial management tools.
