We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating projects and processes to ensure excellence in execution and implementation across various markets.

As a key member of our Social Listening & Engagement team, you will work closely with stakeholders to serve as a bridge between their needs and our teams, keeping them informed about main projects and requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Collaborate with the team to establish objectives, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and initiatives that motivate and inspire team members to take action towards achieving objectives.">
  • Effectively work with the team to gain agreement, commitment, and set priorities.">
  • Implement a new social intelligence model and identify opportunities to improve listening and tracking operations.">
  • Provide feedback and alignment on dashboards, reports, and analyses when needed.">
  • Organize deliverables to achieve correct stakeholders (campaigns, studies, etc.).">
  • Serve as a point of contact regarding data privacy requests.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • ">
  • 2 years of work experience with social media in general and social listening.">
  • Knowledge of social listening tools such as Netbase, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, or similar.">
  • Experience with social listening, building reports, and studies.">
  • Experience with multi-language projects.">
  • Ability to analyze data to establish and monitor performance metrics.">
  • English Work Proficiency: ability to read, speak, and write in your daily routine.">
