- Create design systems based on client brand guidelines for consistent branding across multiple channels.
- Communicate directly with clients, presenting designs, leading workshops, and managing approvals while maintaining strong relationships.
- Analyze what drives customer conversions on different marketing channels and execute designs within established best practices.
- Collaborate with team members and clients for feedback and approvals to ensure high-quality work.
- 3+ years of proven design experience, preferably in an agency or design studio setting.
- Digital portfolio showcasing strong branding, visual design, marketing design, and/or web design expertise.
- Proven understanding of design principles, including layout, hierarchy, color theory, typography, and composition.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is required.
- Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with clients.
