Client Relations Specialist (Ref#007)

Location: Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais Employment Type: Full-time

POSITION OVERVIEW

Based in Belo Horizonte, the main objective of this position is to build and nurture the company's reputation as a reliable partner for both new and existing clients. This role involves actively engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, and providing tailored solutions while being a proactive ally in their operational and maintenance strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and surpass designated revenue goals Organize revenue-generating initiatives within our service offerings Identify and qualify new sales prospects Deliver outstanding service to existing clients while expanding account growth Meet established sales targets, KPIs, and various performance metrics as defined by senior management Analyze and report on competitive market conditions Promote and enhance a diverse range of industrial and technical products and services across the company’s portfolio, including offerings from affiliated companies. Cultivate new client relationships Prepare sales and billing documentation Maintain an updated sales pipeline and activity records in CRM, including future projects and developments Build and sustain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and colleagues Act as the primary contact for your assigned accounts and territory Facilitate communication between clients and internal support teams Uphold a positive image of the company in the eyes of clients Manage client and company expectations to ensure optimal outcomes consistently Plan and conduct client meetings (both in-person and virtual), presentations, workshops, and site assessments Participate in and contribute to sales meetings and strategic initiatives for effective sales planning and execution Travel within the region for client meetings, site assessments, sales gatherings, industry events, and training sessions Share competitive market insights to assist the sales support team in crafting competitive proposals Adhere to all safety protocols and utilize appropriate safety gear, including eye, ear, and hand protection. Maintain a tidy, organized, and safe working environment at all times. Operate and manage equipment safely and responsibly. Execute tasks in accordance with established company policies and procedures. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Communication, or related fields OR equivalent professional experience

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, machinery, motor repair, mining, automation, autonomous solutions, or open-pit mining equipment Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving objectives Proven ability to develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline Demonstrated success in exceeding sales goals Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, particularly in managing client relations Capability to effectively address technical challenges Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Excellent listening and organizational skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Willingness to travel up to 30% Proficient in English
