Business Development Specialist (Ref#007)

Location: Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais Employment Type: Full-time

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a pivotal member of our team based in Belo Horizonte, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and sustain the company's reputation as a reliable partner for both new and existing clients. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and proactively engaging in their reliability and maintenance strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively pursue new business opportunities to meet and surpass designated revenue goals Organize revenue-generating initiatives within our product offerings Identify and qualify potential sales leads Deliver exceptional service to enhance existing client accounts Meet established sales targets, KPIs, and various performance metrics set by management Analyze and report on competitive market conditions Promote and sell a diverse range of industrial and technical products and services across our company portfolio, including offerings from affiliated companies. Acquire new clients Prepare sales and billing documentation Maintain an updated sales pipeline and document sales activities in CRM, including upcoming projects and expansions. Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects, clients, and colleagues Serve as the primary contact for your assigned accounts and territory Act as a liaison between clients and internal support teams Uphold a positive image of the company in the eyes of clients Manage client and company expectations to ensure optimal outcomes Plan and coordinate client meetings (both in-person and virtual), presentations, workshops, and site visits Participate in sales meetings and initiatives for strategic planning and successful execution of sales objectives Travel within the region for client meetings, site visits, sales events, and training sessions Share competitive market insights to assist the sales support team in crafting competitive proposals Adhere to all safety protocols and utilize appropriate safety equipment at all times. Maintain a clean and safe working environment consistently. Operate and manage equipment safely at all times. Execute tasks in accordance with established company policies and procedures. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Communication, or related fields OR equivalent professional experience

Experience

At least 5 years of experience in Sales, including sectors such as drilling, motor repair, mining, automation, and open-pit mining equipment Results-driven approach with a focus on achieving objectives Proven ability to develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, particularly in customer interactions Capability to effectively manage technical challenges Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Strong organizational and listening skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Willingness to travel up to 30% Proficient in English
