Position Description
We're building a next-generation platform that facilitates the connection between the global talent workforce and top companies. As the Director of Product, you'll lead the Product Management team through our next chapter of growth as we scale to millions of users.
You'll be responsible for developing and delivering the product roadmap and execution for initiatives across our marketplace. You'll have direct responsibility for leading a team of Product Managers and collaborating with senior leadership and critical business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define Strategic Direction: Lead the strategic direction of the product for the talent side of the marketplace, defining new opportunities and working with executive leadership, engineering teams, and business teams.
- Foster Growth & User Experience: Foster growth and user experience led products, focusing on acquisition, assessment, activation, community & engagement experience, and talent retention.
- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Establish product KPIs and goals, and develop long-term strategies to achieve them.
- Create Vision & Strategy: Create the vision and articulate the short and long-term Product strategy for core Product teams, ensuring alignment with the overall product roadmap.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with Growth & Product Marketing teams to grow our talent community and bring innovative products to market.
- Lead & Develop Product Managers: Manage and develop several Product Managers within the organization, helping the team scale through operational excellence.
Requirements
- Product Management Experience: 10+ years of experience in product management, including product discovery, development, launch, maintenance, and ongoing management.
- Leadership Experience: 6+ years of product leadership experience, including peer influence and direct management of individual contributors.
- SaaS Products & Marketplaces: Experience building successful SaaS products and large-scale marketplaces with millions of end-users.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Demonstrated ability to communicate and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver products.
- Analysis Mindset: Data-driven decision making mindset based on best practices for measurement and analysis.
