Job Overview

The Food Service Shift Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of food services. This individual is responsible for overseeing daily tasks, including cooking, baking, serving, and replenishing food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safeguarding adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Mentoring other country national employees and vendors in accordance with operational guidelines.
  • Cultivating a culture of excellence by leading by example and promoting teamwork.
  • Collaborating with Storeroom and Food Service Supervisors to ensure 24/7/365 food service operations.
  • Implementing measures to maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education/Certifications: Relevant experience can be substituted for formal education.
  • Able to operate a manual transmission vehicle.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current Serve-Safe certification essential.
  • Valid U.S. Passport and U.S. Driver's License mandatory.
  • Fluent English language proficiency required.
  • At least one year of related work experience in food service, with progressive supervisory experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with quality customer food service and meal preparation necessary.
  • Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate a service-oriented attitude.
