**Artist Relations Manager Job Description**Sourcing and attracting new artists is a key part of our team's mission. As an Artist Relations Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new talents and building a pipeline of emerging artists.You will work closely with our Artist Services team to develop and implement strategies to attract new partners. This includes pitching our services and building individual offers that meet the unique needs of each artist.Your duties will include:
  • Identifying new talent and building a pipeline of emerging artists.
  • Pitching our services and building individual offers.
  • Leading meetings with artists and management to negotiate the best possible deals.
  • Negotiating and signing deals with artists in collaboration with the Head of A&R.
  • Building contracts and controlling signings and advance payments.
  • Monitoring and updating pipelines, analyzing performances, and providing reports.
  • Following market trends and building competitive offers for our partners.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A first experience in the music industry.
  • The ability to work across a broad roster of artists.
  • A good understanding of data analysis and experience managing budgets.
  • Proven communication skills and attention to detail.
