About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Performance Specialist to join our team at The Cloud Bootcamp. As an Inside Sales Business Developer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through inbound sales and consultative sales approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Conduct diagnostics to identify sales opportunities and present our solutions
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to drive revenue growth
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast to ensure accurate sales projections

Requirements:

  • Experience in inbound sales and consultative sales techniques
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Advanced English language proficiency
