About the Role

Socium - Teams Done Differently is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Sao Paulo. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be part of a global organization with over 4,000 employees worldwide, supporting over 50,000 unique customers across 150 countries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 2 support for our global tech platform, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for business customers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes and procedures, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise solutions to technical issues.
Requirements
  • Education in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Over 2 years of professional experience in technical support or similar positions.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to problem-solve and make well-judged decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Good communication skills in French, Spanish, Italian, or German (minimum upper B2).
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone and able to probe/question and understand technical problems.
