Contracts & Customer Success Associate

As a skilled professional, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team, managing client relationships, ensuring efficient contract workflows, and supporting compliance operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the Legal / Compliance teams to ensure smooth and timely onboarding.
  • Support the Legal and Compliance departments with translations and communications.
  • Manage contract workflows with the Sales team, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Assist the AML Manager with KYC, client onboarding, and Due Diligence processes.
  • Support the local Director with Corporate Governance and Secretarial duties.
  • Coordinate external advisors when required.
  • Provide support on general corporate matters while liaising with Head Office.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, International Relations, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in contracts, compliance, legal support, or customer success.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) - Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • IT proficiency (CRM tools, MS Office / Google Workspace).
