Brazil Cash Management Country Product Manager

About the Role
Deutsche Bank is seeking a highly skilled Country Product Manager to lead our Cash Management business in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy for our corporate clients in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the product strategy for Cash Management in Brazil, in collaboration with our global product management team.
- Provide end-to-end oversight of our Cash Management platform in Brazil, ensuring it meets the needs of our corporate clients.
- Establish and maintain a robust product risk, control, and governance framework, aligning with our corporate risk management frameworks.
- Support our global coverage and sales teams in client engagements, RfPs, and RfIs.
- Build a deep understanding of our corporate clients' needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Establish and maintain product governance, ensuring our Cash Management products are aligned with our corporate strategy.
- Conduct periodic comprehensive product reviews to ensure our Cash Management products remain competitive and aligned with market needs.
- Develop and maintain our platforms' KYP, KOPP, and NPA processes.
- Ensure all necessary go-to-market validation steps are complete prior to product launches.
Requirements
- Previous relevant experience in the local Brazil and global transaction banking industry.
- Sound understanding of clearing systems, regulatory frameworks, and risk management disciplines related to transaction banking and cash movement.
- Extensive product management experience, including strategic planning, product development, and positioning.
- Experience with product processes, control framework design, and management of non-financial risks.
- Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Able to think strategically with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to handle multiple demands and priorities simultaneously, work under pressure, in an organized manner, and with teams across multiple locations and time zones.
- Able to connect, manage, and influence people from different backgrounds and cultures.
- A strong team player, being part of a global team, communicating, managing, and cooperating closely on a global level while being able to take ownership and deliver independently.
- University degree (Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering preferred).
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office product suite.
