Role Overview

This is a mid-senior level finance role focused on supporting supply chain operations within the Latin America region. Key responsibilities include providing financial support to build business cases, conducting performance analytics and reporting, planning and forecasting, and supporting continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial support to build solid business cases for investment decisions and portfolio management;
  • Conduct performance analytics and reporting: review and communicate performance drivers, metrics, risks and opportunities and associated action plans;
  • Work with business partners to challenge assumptions, build models, review financial outputs with management, and drive value creation on decision making;
  • Support continuous improvements for financial processes/analytics and other ad hoc analyses/projects;
  • Oversee internal controls for both USGAAP/SOX and local statutory requirements, supporting internal/external audits.
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of related experience in finance;
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field;
  • English language proficiency (mandatory);
  • Advanced Excel skills;
