This is a pivotal role within our software development team, focused on driving innovation and excellence in core software components.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical leadership skills, with a strong ability to maintain high software quality standards.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain MCA Platform Software including BSP, platform services, and middleware.
- Review and refine system requirements and derive software requirements from system specifications.
- Develop and execute hardware/software and integration test plans.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and ensure proper documentation.
- Support validation and verification activities.
- Prepare technical documentation and disclosures.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
We are looking for individuals with extensive experience in software engineering, particularly in device drivers, bootloaders, or BSP development.
Proficiency in hardware/software integration, Docker, C/C++, Bash, Python is essential.
This is a mid-senior level, full-time position in the Railroad Equipment Manufacturing industry.
