About the Role:

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. This role involves working closely with account executives to develop strategic plans and execute on leads, as well as engaging with prospects who have responded to marketing activities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound sales efforts in conjunction with account teams to generate qualified leads.
  • Pursue inbound opportunities by following up with prospects who have expressed interest in our offerings.
  • Stay up-to-date on all product and service lines to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
  • Provide regular updates to management on individual performance and progress towards goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine the lead qualification process and implement improvements.
Requirements:
  • Motivation, innovation, passion, integrity, teamwork, customer-focus.
  • Previous experience in a business development or sales capacity is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software and B2B high-tech industry trends is a plus.
