Job Title: Brand Growth Strategist

As a seasoned professional in marketing, you will spearhead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive business growth for our brand in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with global standards and foster collaboration with international teams and partners.
  • Coordinate marketing functions including campaigns, events, promotions, athlete management, communications, and budgets to propel business growth.
  • Integrate key brand platforms into sales strategies to strengthen brand awareness and market presence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, opinion leaders, athletes, ambassadors, and partners to drive relevance and advocacy.
  • Design and execute events at all levels from grassroots to large-scale brand activations.
  • Harness global, national, and regional brand properties and events to conceive innovative marketing ideas.
  • Lead branding and visual identity efforts ensuring consistent use of branding and logos across all campaigns and events.
  • Manage College Program & Sampling initiatives and consumer promotions to increase trial, visibility, and engagement.
  • Support digital and social media engagement through content creation and collaborations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience within top-tier CPG companies preferably beverages.
  • Over 10 years of proven leadership experience in cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools especially Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Solid consumer brand management experience with expertise in shopper/channel marketing programs and public relations.
