We are seeking a highly skilled Project Operations Manager to join our team at Page Outsourcing Brasil. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for achieving project and performance targets in country, in accordance with Project Strategy & Schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Execution: Clearly define and communicate the scope of supply and requirements from the aftermarket project team and supporting base(s). Manage the execution activities required to support the project schedule, identifying the critical path issues and developing mitigation actions to ensure on-time delivery.
- Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation action plans to minimize their impact.
- Team Leadership: Lead the assigned Project team, motivating and taking accountability for actions taken. Develop a team working approach to achieve project objectives.
- Financial Management: Disseminate costs/budgets to internal departments and track these costs to the budget. Ensure all internal financial transactions are submitted in a regular and timely manner or as per project specific requirements.
- Change Management: Identify project changes to the original scope and create Change Requests for approval internally and externally, in order to maximize profit.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide project forecasts for completion of equipment, services, cash milestones & margin. Understand the projects contractual requirements and ensure the business adheres to them. Deliver cash milestones into the business. Provide reporting information for both internal and external use (customer specific reports) on a weekly / monthly basis.
- Health, Safety, Security & Environmental (HSSE): Ensure awareness and compliance with the Company Health & Safety regulations. Ensure the right attitude to safety and be committed to ensuring that jobs are done in a safe manner.
- Education: Degree qualified (e.g. Engineering, Business and or Supply Chain) or equivalent 3-5 years experiences in a project management role.
- Experience: Relevant work experience with OneSubsea equipment or similar oil tool equipment.
- Skills: Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word & SAP knowledge with auto-cad experience is preferable. Ability to work to deadlines. Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills. Experience in project planning and cost control management will be an advantage. Problem solving ability. Commercial awareness. Leadership skills to include ability to motivate colleagues & team members. Have good foresight, initiative & ability to take accountability for their actions and the team they are supervising.
