Chief Construction Professional

We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead the delivery of high-value, mission-critical construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in civil engineering and experience working on large-scale projects.
About the Role:
- Review and interpret civil engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate execution
- Prepare and manage material submittals, RFIs, method statements, and risk assessments
- Monitor site progress, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, and timelines
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and progress documentation
- Support project planning, cost control, and procurement activities
- Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues proactively
- Participate in inspections, testing, and handover processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in large-scale civil construction projects
- Strong technical understanding of concrete, formwork, structural works, and finishing
- Familiarity with construction codes, safety regulations, and QA/QC procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project planning tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project)
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
