Job Title: Civil Site Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Civil Site Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our construction project, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing on-site construction activities to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

About the Role:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure site works comply with contract specs, quality, and safety standards.
  • Prepare material submittals and track approvals.
  • Develop method statements and risk assessments.
  • Monitor procurement schedules and follow up on deliveries.
  • Control approved drawings and as-built documentation.
  • Inspect works, raise inspection requests, and coordinate with site teams.
  • Report progress, delays, and site issues to senior management.
  • Support testing, commissioning, and project close-out documentation.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications:
  • Engineering degree (Mechanical / Electrical) with ≥ 5 years' site experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of contract specifications, QA/QC, HSE and programme controls.
  • Proven ability to manage materials, documentation and productivity on fast-track projects.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication and pressure-handling skills; proactive mindset.
