Key Responsibilities:- Enter and participate in incident scope and impact evaluation into our corporate ticketing system and Incident Tracking System.
- Annotate steps taken to reach incident milestones within the incident tracking system and close tickets when service is restored.
- Engage, escalate, and communicate notifications as needed to level 3 technical support, management, and critical incident management.
- Coordinate internal technical and business teams for incident resolution and action plan identification.
- Provide technical feedback for communication to internal and external clients.
- Assess incident criteria and collaborate with Technical resources to determine root cause, providing a written incident report.
- Relevant experience or degree in Computer Science, Computing Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field.
- Prior experience with incident analysis/management for software applications.
- Experience in investigation and documentation for clearly reporting defects and improvements.
- Advanced English Level.
- Availability to work in Campinas when required.
