We are seeking an experienced Incident Resolution Specialist to join our Latin America & Caribbean region. This role offers opportunities for professional development and growth in a Fortune 500 award-winning organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and document incident scope and impact using our corporate ticketing system and Incident Tracking System.
- Annotate technical timelines within the incident tracking system and close tickets when services are restored.
- Communicate with level 3 technical support, management, and critical incident management as needed.
- Coordinate internal teams for incident resolution and action planning.
- Provide technical feedback for communication with clients.
- Determine if formal root cause analysis is necessary and collaborate with technical resources to identify root causes.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree or experience in Computer Science, Computing Engineering, or Management Information Systems.
- Prior experience in incident analysis/management for software applications.
- Investigation and documentation skills for defect reporting and improvement.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- Availability to work in Campinas when required.
