We are seeking an experienced Incident Resolution Specialist to join our Latin America & Caribbean region. This role offers opportunities for professional development and growth in a Fortune 500 award-winning organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate and document incident scope and impact using our corporate ticketing system and Incident Tracking System.
  2. Annotate technical timelines within the incident tracking system and close tickets when services are restored.
  3. Communicate with level 3 technical support, management, and critical incident management as needed.
  4. Coordinate internal teams for incident resolution and action planning.
  5. Provide technical feedback for communication with clients.
  6. Determine if formal root cause analysis is necessary and collaborate with technical resources to identify root causes.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or experience in Computer Science, Computing Engineering, or Management Information Systems.
  • Prior experience in incident analysis/management for software applications.
  • Investigation and documentation skills for defect reporting and improvement.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
  • Availability to work in Campinas when required.
