Key Responsibilities- Analyze risk exposures and develop strategies to mitigate or transfer risk
- Design and implement insurance and reinsurance placement structures, including captive insurance companies
- Develop and advise on risk and insurance policy and procedures
- Negotiate and implement insurance contracts
- Provide expert advice on risk management and insurance matters
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in insurance, risk management, or a related field
- 12 years of experience in the oil & gas, petrochemical industry, or a major corporate organization
- Professional certification in insurance or risk management (e.g. ACII, CMIRM, SIRM, CPCU)
- Significant relevant corporate risk and insurance expertise
- Competitive monthly base salary
- Monthly over base salary (25% of monthly base salary)
- Benefits supplement (20% of monthly base salary, increasing to 25% after 6 years, 30% after 12 years, and 35% after 18 years)
