Job Description:

Confectionery Assistant will be responsible for producing and organizing the mise en place of the kitchen, assisting the Head Cook in daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce the mise en place kitchen

  • Prepare food under the guidance of senior staff members
