The role of a Cross Border Analyst is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of international trade activities.
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill this position and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily import activities in the GRU warehouse, interacting with freight forwarders and third-party logistics providers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments on reporting and data-related projects.
- Collect and analyze data to provide visibility into operations for the team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between GRU airport operations and the Shopee Logistics team, facilitating efficient project implementation.
- Coordinate activities with the GRU warehouse and trucking companies (delivery, pickup, and shipment receipt and departures from the warehouse).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel knowledge and skills.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with international stakeholders and regional teams.
- Previous experience in logistics operations, especially air logistics.
- Experience dealing with bureaucratic processes and customs brokerage is considered an asset.
- Ability to respond quickly to operational concerns.
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
