About the Role

The Plant Leadership Development Manager will play a pivotal part in driving strategic growth and elevating leadership capabilities within our global team. This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in training, leadership development, and strategy implementation.

The ideal candidate will possess strong consultation skills, facilitating complex discussions and synthesizing key points to drive forward momentum. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and uncertainty, they will prioritize tasks effectively and maintain composure under pressure.

We seek an individual with 6 years of experience in training and leadership development, coupled with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and digital delivery models is essential. Travel up to 15% may be required for this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze production leadership workforce training needs to develop new training programs or modify existing ones
  • Collaborate with peer L&D managers, Business HR Partners, business leaders, and stakeholders to determine learning needs and outcomes
  • Plan, develop, and provide training programs using various methods such as digital learning, classroom training, demonstrations, skill qualifications, on-the-job training, meetings, and workshops
  • Prepare and manage ad-hoc training requests, annual strategic planning, and training budgets for Global Operations
  • Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business environment, leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors
Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in training and leadership development strategy
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong facilitation skills, ability to synthesize key points and navigate ambiguity
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and digital delivery models
  • Ability to travel up to 15%
