Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic business plans for Brazil in collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Be a respected ambassador for vegetable business in Brazil, participating in local activities with our customer service team.
  • Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with distributors and key customers to create value for both parties.
  • Owning demand signals and partnering with production to achieve a balanced agreement between demand and supply.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience leading cross-cultural teams and managing complex commercial relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Influence at all levels of the organization and ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Advanced/Fluent English and Portuguese required; Spanish is desirable.
  • 50% of your time will be spent on international travel and engaging with global partners.
