The role entails:
- Strategic planning and analysis: preparing plans, meetings, and messages to drive success.
- Cross-functional collaboration: collaboration with sales, marketing, product development, and support teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and feedback sharing.
- Team management: guiding and supporting team members, helping them navigate complex customer situations, improve skills, and achieve goals.
About this Role
This is a globally remote role requiring willingness to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events.
