Key Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for executing, maintaining and optimizing recurring operational workflows in Brazil. This includes leading and overseeing payment processes for freelancers (zubaleros), operating and troubleshooting core daily scripts powering local operations, supporting configuration and automation of client billing and collection reconciliation processes, contributing to global projects focused on automating and standardizing critical operational processes, collaborating with Global Product, Engineering and Data teams, maintaining and updating business rules and decision logic in coordination with Ops and Product stakeholders, tracking and reporting on key KPIs via dashboards and driving data-informed improvements.

The successful candidate will also regularly work from our São Paulo City office to stay connected with local Ops and leadership.

  • Execute, maintain and optimize recurring operational workflows supporting operations in Brazil.
  • Lead and oversee payment processes for zubaleros - including automation, validation, reconciliation and exception handling.
  • Operate and troubleshoot core daily scripts (Python, SQL) powering local operations.
  • Support configuration and automation of client billing and collection reconciliation processes.
  • Contribute to global projects focused on automating and standardizing critical operational processes, ensuring adoption in Brazil and sharing local insights with global teams.
  • Collaborate with Global Product, Engineering and Data teams to ensure Brazilian needs are reflected in global tooling and roadmaps.
  • Maintain and update business rules and decision logic in coordination with Ops and Product stakeholders.
  • Track and report on key KPIs via dashboards (Looker/Superset) and drive data-informed improvements.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Advanced SQL skills (daily usage for operations and analysis).
  • Python experience (ability to run, debug and modify operational scripts).
  • Strong execution skills and attention to detail in recurring operational workflows.
  • Experience working with AI tools such as Google IA Agent and Firebase.
  • Ownership mindset with the ability to run and continuously improve key processes.
  • Proactive communication and collaboration skills across global and local teams.
  • Ability to balance local priorities with contributions to global initiatives.
  • English proficiency required.
