Advanced Technical Expert">

We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to join our team as an advanced technical expert. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of .NET Core, Web API & SQL Server and have 3-5 years of experience in providing advanced technical expertise and excellent problem-solving skills to handle complex infrastructure challenges.

The successful candidate will work on various platforms to support multiple projects and processes, troubleshoot technical/functional problems, and code/debug to resolve issues. They will also be the sole point of contact for clients based out in various countries.

About the Role

  • You will be responsible for supporting multiple projects with functional expertise, providing support through various communication means to clients based out in the USA.">
  • Handle issues and troubleshoot any technical/functional problems that may arise.">
  • Work on various platforms to support multiple projects and processes.">
  • Code and debug to resolve technical issues.">
  • Be the sole point of contact for clients based out in various countries.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • A strong experience with Product Support/Tech Support is required.">
  • Good communications skills, both written and verbal, especially in English communication are necessary.">
  • Experience in C# and .NET is required.">
  • Working experience in database – SQL queries, making API calls using POSTMAN is needed.">
  • Experience in jQuery & CSS is preferred.">
  • Troubleshooting problems and debugging glitches is essential.">

Desirable Skills

  • ">
  • Familiarity with Ticketing systems is desirable.">
  • Experience in handling queries and some experience (functional) with AI/Bots is preferred.">
