This role provides operational support across logistics processes, with a primary focus on ocean and air freight, ensuring business continuity, accuracy, and efficiency in process execution.

The position involves:

  • Supporting and monitoring air and ocean freight shipments to ensure continuity and accuracy in daily operations.
  • Assisting with intermodal processes for key accounts, coordinating and supporting intermodal shipments.
  • Maintaining quality in documentation and process accuracy, organizing records, and supporting data entry.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior knowledge of logistics processes, Air and Ocean freight.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proactive and dependable, with a willingness to support team needs and expand knowledge across transportation modes.
