Job Description:

The role involves overseeing in-app resources, balancing user experience with transaction volume. Key responsibilities include monitoring traffic conversion efficiency across internal and external channels daily, identifying reasons for changes, and discovering business opportunities. The position requires the completion of design operation plans, coordination of resources from product, development, and other business departments to promote launch. A/B testing and data analysis are used to quickly gain insights and continuously iterate strategies.

Requirements:
  • Work experience in e-commerce/O2O traffic operations, user operations, strategy operations, or related fields;
  • Strong logical thinking and framework-building skills, able to present work outputs in an organized manner;
  • Proficient data analysis skills, skilled in using SQL for data extraction, capable of independently completing complex special-topic data analyses;
  • Strong self-motivation, willing to take on challenges, and responsible for delivering work results;
  • English and Chinese proficiency sufficient for use as working languages.
