Deliver Transformational Programs
We're seeking a seasoned Programme Manager to drive the delivery of complex programmes and projects that will shape our organisation's future. As a visionary leader, you'll define scope, plan, and execute critical technology and business readiness initiatives.
You'll oversee the full project lifecycle and large-scale initiatives across diverse teams, driving transformative business change and making a real impact. Key responsibilities include:
- Accountable for end-to-end delivery of programmes and projects, including aspects such as scope definition, planning, execution, communications, and result measurement.
- Managing the full delivery lifecycle of large-scale projects spanning across various organisational units.
- Leading Organisational/Business Change.
- Ensuring clear and effective communication across various stakeholders, including Senior Leadership.
- Managing relationships with 3rd party providers.
- Creation and maintenance of project governance and control artefacts.
- Working with Business Owners and Sponsors to shape and make key decisions on objectives, scope, timescales, deliverables, and benefits of Programmes and Projects.
- Key Programme and Project escalation point; managing escalation of risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring mitigating actions are successfully executed.
Requirements include:
- 5+ years programme/project management experience in digitally focused industries.
- Solid knowledge of modern project management practices and agile software development methodologies.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Experience of working closely with software development teams on one side and marketing teams on the other side.
- Experience of working in complex organisations and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker, ability to build relationships, and to articulate ideas clearly.
- Energetic and tenacious, assertive and diplomatic.
- Hands-on approach to problem solving.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and extensive presentation skills.
- Sports betting and gaming industry experience (a strong plus).
