Maintenance Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at Niagara Bottling, LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and monitoring preventative and corrective maintenance activities to ensure the company's buildings, facilities, machinery, and equipment operate reliably and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee maintenance of injection molding, blow molding, and packaging equipment.
- Direct activities of the maintenance department.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to schedule preventative maintenance activities.
- Build and lead a world-class mechanical and preventative maintenance team.
- Oversee outside contractors performing installations and projects at the facility.
- Interface with other departments to ensure customer deadlines are met.
- Hire, train, coach, and review performance of employees.
- Oversee safety team activities and monitor/enforce safety requirements.
- Develop and implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
- Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving work problems.
- Maintain time and maintenance records.
- Develop capital equipment justifications for machine tools and process technology.
- Estimate, requisition, and inspect materials.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a position similar to this role.
- Minimum 4 years of experience managing people/projects.
- 10+ years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.

- Performs work under direct supervision.
- Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
- Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.
- Strong verbal, writing, and presentation skills to communicate effectively with immediate team and peers.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in collaborative group environments.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Intermediate knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
- Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or vocational studies.
- Preferred: Master's Degree.
Pay Rate Type: Salary $124,881.00 - $181,078.00 / Yearly Bonus Target: 15% Annual
