We are seeking a skilled professional to join our high-performing US Perm Team as a Delivery Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in AI Engineering, software engineering, data science, or ML to work remotely from South America and support clients across the West Coast of the US.
This role offers a chance to work with committed clients and high-calibre candidates, resulting in faster placements, bigger fees, and stronger earning potential. As a key member of our team, you will have exposure to some of the best accounts and support one of our top performers.
Main Responsibilities- Source and build pipelines of top tech talent.
- Manage candidate processes with speed and precision.
- Partner closely with clients and support interviews/feedback.
- Write effective job adverts and manage responses.
- Fluent English Language skills.
- Previous experience as a Delivery Consultant.
- Exposure to AI Engineering, software engineering, data science, or ML.
- Familiarity with the US West Coast market (ideal).
- Strong Recruiter and talent pool building skills.
- Fully remote work arrangement.
