Business Talent Acquisitions Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Development and Candidate Sourcing: Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to identify high-quality candidates for operational, technical, and leadership roles.
- Proactive Talent Engagement: Engage in headhunting and direct sourcing to attract active and passive candidates across various channels.
- Talent Pool Management: Develop and manage external talent pools to ensure a diverse and agile workforce for future business needs.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and People Partners to design forward-looking hiring strategies and address talent gaps.
Must Have:
- Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Strong knowledge in Talent Acquisition, especially in operational roles;
- Advanced English proficiency;
- Proven experience in proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and headhunting.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Workday HR systems;
- Background in supply chain or terminal operations management.
Soft Skills:
- Effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities and provide consultative guidance;
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments and manage multiple roles simultaneously;
- Resilience and adaptability to work in hybrid models with remote supervision and on-site collaboration.
