Are you a proactive and strategic thinker looking for a challenging role in talent acquisition? Do you have a passion for building strong relationships with stakeholders and creating effective hiring strategies?

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and collaborating across departments and geographies. You will work closely with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and People Partners to understand talent gaps and design forward-looking hiring strategies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Attract, map, build pipelines, and hire high-quality talent.
  • Support operational, technical, and leadership roles by proactively engaging in headhunting and direct sourcing to identify active and passive candidates across different channels.
  • Build and maintain external pipelines to ensure a diverse and agile talent pool for future business needs.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments by collaborating across departments and geographies.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge in Talent Acquisition, especially in operational roles.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Proven experience in proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and headhunting.
