Lifestyle Licensing Growth Executive

Key Business Development Role

The Business Development Director will play a pivotal role in expanding our licensing partnerships and driving top-line revenue.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Market Research: Identify new fashion lifestyle licensing partners and learn about ABG's brand strategies.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Drive prospects into leads through high-volume outbound sales activity, utilize detailed discovery to learn about prospect interests and capabilities, and partner with Business Development leadership and Brand Marketing to develop pitch decks.
  • Licensing Deal Closure: Work with Brand Management and Business Development Leadership teams to develop business plans, formulate product licensing proposals, and lead negotiations of deal terms.
Essential Requirements
  • At least 5 years' experience in new business development for the Lifestyle market in LATAM region.
  • Full-cycle sales expertise from lead generation through closing the deal in LATAM region.
  • Knowledge of licensees and product categories.
  • Ability to partner closely with licensees to understand their business needs and explore opportunities for growth.
  • Understanding of licensing sales successes and challenges, key retail accounts, development plans, and strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Must be willing and able to travel occasionally as the role requires.
