
Drive Business Success as a Client Onboarding Specialist

We are a fast-growing organization that specializes in transforming how businesses manage time and attendance. We're seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to lead client onboarding and ensure an exceptional implementation experience for our clients. You will play a key role in driving product adoption and long-term success by guiding clients through all stages of implementation — from kickoff and configuration to go-live and post-launch support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage the Onboarding Process: Ensure a smooth transition to using the platform, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize the onboarding process.
- Develop Integration Playbooks: Create and implement integration playbooks that promote quick and effective adoption of the solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams to configure and customize the platform according to each client's specific needs, providing guidance and support throughout the implementation process.
- Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver training sessions and workshops with clients to ensure full understanding and utilization of the platform's functionalities, empowering clients to maximize the value of the solution.
- Monitor Progress: Continuously monitor the progress of implementation, identify and resolve potential issues, and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful implementation.
- Provide Ongoing Support: Offer ongoing support during the integration phase, ensuring clients feel comfortable and well-informed throughout the process.
- Analyze Adoption Metrics: Analyze adoption and engagement metrics to ensure clients are maximizing the value of the solution, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing B2B onboarding or implementation of HR, ERP, or SaaS solutions, preferably with enterprise clients;
- Experience building and executing integration playbooks and training programs;
- Familiarity with tools such as Asana, HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM/project management platforms is a plus;
- Fluent English (spoken and written) for working with global clients and internal teams.
