Sales & Relationship Executive

About the Role:

This senior individual contributor role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who thrives on building strong client relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities across global markets.

  • Lead proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts to grow our client base, with a focus on international B2B/B2C clients.
  • Identify high-value opportunities for expansion through prospecting, networking, and strategic market analysis.
  • Own the full sales cycle — from initial engagement to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Strengthen existing client partnerships through regular engagement, upselling, and cross-selling relevant services.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver integrated, client-specific solutions.
  • Serve as the primary relationship contact for key accounts, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term growth.
  • Consistently exceed individual revenue targets and contribute to the company's broader commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively seek out new business opportunities and expand existing ones - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions - Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts - Consistently meet or exceed individual revenue targets

Requirements:

Experience: - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
Skills and Qualifications: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in English (other languages are a plus). - Familiarity with working across cultures and international markets. - Skilled in new business acquisition and/or nurturing long-term client relationships. - Confident in managing complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders.
