Drive business growth by building strong relationships with key partners and delivering high-quality solutions. As a Senior Partner Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring partner satisfaction and identifying technical challenges to provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Be the primary point of contact for assigned partners, responsible for meeting their needs and delivering high-quality solutions.
- Develop and maintain effective partnerships with C-level executives and other key stakeholders to drive business growth and expand our presence in the market.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution and minimize downtime.
- Provide expert-level technical training to partners, enabling them to maximize the value of our products and services.
- Conduct regular business reviews, analyze performance metrics, and develop strategic plans to improve partner satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of account relationship management experience, with a proven track record of successful Enterprise Account Relationship Management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with C-level executives and day-to-day operations stakeholders.
- Strong technical skills, with problem-solving abilities and experience working with Contact Center technologies.
- Ability to capture common questions, techniques, and best practices in daily workflow, sharing that information through regular creation and improvement of high-value knowledgebase content.
