Job Description:
A highly skilled Channel Sales Expert is sought to spearhead the development and implementation of a sales channel strategy for the Brazilian Electrification market. This individual will be responsible for driving growth aspirations by planning and executing marketing and sales support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and continuously monitor channel performance.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of channel sales strategies for both industrial and residential markets, with previous experience in selling electrical materials. Fluency in Portuguese and English is also required.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work on strategic partnerships, develop personal relationships with partners, customers and other decision makers, and contribute to the achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defines and implements the channel sales strategy and budget, ensuring regular follow-up and providing input for the Sales team.
- Identifies and evaluates channel partners together with the Channel Specialist and authorizes them in coordination with the Sales management team.
- Monitors client financial status and reports any changes regarding risk to relevant internal partner teams.
- Evaluates and certifies Channel partners.
