About the Role

The Account Director role is a strategic leadership position that combines account management and team leadership. It requires an individual with a unique blend of business acumen, people skills, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a dedicated part of the business in the Americas region, focusing on operational excellence.
  • Coach and mentor a team of professionals to deliver high-quality projects, driving growth and profitability.
  • Develop and implement ecommerce strategies, advising clients and the team on best practices.
  • Evaluate and develop client relationships through extensive analysis and understanding of their business needs.
  • Support sales teams with information and input for pitches.
  • Generate innovative ideas to drive business growth and execute them effectively.
  • Analyze team efficiency and deliver improvements to people and processes.
  • Develop team members through training, feedback, and performance reviews.
Our Requirements
  • A passionate individual with a business-oriented approach and strategic thinking skills.
  • At least 5 years of supervising or team management experience, with a passion for leadership development.
  • At least 5 years of experience in ecommerce.
  • A proven track record in project management and working with e-retailers (Amazon & Walmart).
  • Experience in working with various international clients on multiple projects, building long-term relationships.
  • Strategic business consulting expertise.
  • Understanding of budgeting, reporting, and profit & loss statements.
  • Fluent English - at least C1 level.
